Guys just be aware if you buy seafood from Innaloo Sea fresh. They charge me 98$ for this, and 3 piece of small snapper which is 14,99$ a kg, and 2 whole whitting that worth 9,80$ when i was paying im shock on how much it all Add up, but the girl serve me just ignore me when i Ask why so much and move tO other costumer, i was thinkking the whole time until i get home, open the bag and counting, they double charge me for product that i didnt buy, they Add weight on fish that worth $ 9.80 to $ 24 and so counting on, so i wrap the product and went back to the store, im not denied their product is fresh, it was busy and they were rushing me through the whole thing, in the receipt they didnt put the name of the product neither the weight. Once i get to the store i get the person who serve me and ask to “re-count” it. And were ask is this the right receipt? My answer were , well you tell me, you the one give me that receipt, as they count again ask me when are you purchase it? while it clearly there is time and date of purchase which is less then an hour, while they start counting and they even said i dont know what that is, i dont know what this is as they pointing into the receipt and so i said well you rushing me to pay and ignore me when i was asking you why add up so much just before i leave the store, then the male staff who was watching the whole scene make loud long wissle, almost like its a sign to give back the money, so she quickly wrap the whole thing up and give me $38 back in cash while i was paying with card, without appologising. Im so higly dissapoited. As i said the product is fresh, but either is the staff game or the management they need to stop scamming costumers. I have made my decicion to not return to this shop anymore, in the pass i have seen people come back there complaining but i never knew what was all about, and now I experience it. So i strongly advice to people who go there, check your receipt and and make sure it match to...

Visited the Seafresh fish market today. Bought fish worth $93.00. It’s my go to place to purchase fresh fish, however, the staff are not capable of following instructions or communicating if the request is not possible due to relevant reasons. I wanted my red snapper to be cut into cutlets (2-finger sized). The fish was cut in the worst manner possible, and that’s not an understatement because the fish meat had totally disintegrated and lost its cutlet structure, not forgetting that it was way thicker than the said size (2-finger). I also overheard the kitchen help say- ‘the cutting machine is not functioning, we can’t do much’. Well, then that should have been communicated prior to butchering my fish! The server was very polite and replaced the fish immediately but I chose to cut the fish myself at home with better, sharp edged knives- meant for cutting fish. As that was too much to ask for at Seafresh fish market. I believe the staff need better training, and if cutting fish/cleaning etc is not an available service/ not trained to offer- please make it clear to your customers rather than disappointing them. Everyone is working hard and every dollar counts- make it worthwhile for people...

I visited this shop today with the intention of purchasing some fish , having it filleted but wanting the skin to be on.

I purchased three cod at a price of$30, and was specific in my instruction that I wanted the m filleted but the skin was to remain on , I was , handed a bill and a tab with a number and told to exit the shop where there were 3 counters taking people’s money for purchases , and pay for the fish after which the processed fish would be sent out to the counters and when the number was called to collect it, I was dubious of this and stayed in the shop wishing to observe the process of filleting however the lady behind the fish counter in no unpleasant terms told me to go and pay after which my purchase would be processed.

I went out paid after some time in the queue, eventually the number of the tab was called and Zi was given a wrapped parcel.

I unwrapped the parcel this evening to prepare my Good Friday, meal only to find that all the fillets were skinned.

I am very disappointed by the service of this place and will never shop here again,

Rather head to the small guy,...

🚨🚨BE CAREFUL FOR YOUR TEETH🚨🚨. I used to come here very often because they had good quality seafood, even though they provided poor customer service every time I went. Today I bought some sushi for my girlfriend and she 🚨🚨 ALMOST BROKE HER TEETH 🚨🚨🤢😱 Are you kidding me?? It was a smoked clam(mussel?) roll and look at the size of that shell. What did you think when you put that big and sharp stuff in? She is already starting to feel toothache. People if you buy sushi rolls from here, make sure to de-construct it to check there's nothing harmful for you and then eat it. I wonder what they have to say tomorrow when I call them.

4.3 stars Westfield Innaloo shopping mall, Besides the McDonald's. Free carparks around there. Large area. Well decorated. Well-organized. Wide categories and selections of seafood- Live, cooked, sashimi, pre-packed, and smoked. High quality. A bit high prices for fish. Fresh fish. Techniques of butchering fish was ok- clean and tidy, no bitter taste of bile. Sashimi is very expensive. Polite staff with smiles. Limited tables and chairs outside tge shop for quick lunch. Some customers enjoy seafood chowder there. We didn't try as seafood Chowder is served in a tall papper cup. Paper bowl would be better.
