The Coffee Club Café - Floreat Forum — Restaurant in Western Australia

My whole family had been coming here and trying to support local businesses during the pandemic but the people who work here particularly the owner (Terry?) has become more and more snide and really unpleasant to deal with. Once he gave us money from the tips jar as change to make us feel guilty for taking advantage of some of the specials that were on offer and the last straw was today when the wrong order of eggs was brought out and wouldn't be replaced unless it was paid for. My mother has never ordered eggs done the way they were brought out to her and the manners of the woman were horrible. Also the serving sizes have been getting gradually smaller for quite some time and the food quality has also dropped significantly there. The other coffee clubs I visit are lovely but I strongly recommend you avoid the Floreat...

This Coffee Club is in a convenient spot, and easy to find. I go there for morning tea every so often. Generally, the food was great and service was prompt, however the last time I went (for lunch), service took noticeably longer for me than usual (30 minutes, in comparison with the usual 5-10). I guess that was because there were a lot of customers on that day... other than that though, I can't complain about the place. A nice place to sit down for a coffee break in the shopping centre with seating both inside the shop as well as in the common area. They serve the usual Coffee Club coffee, snacks and treats at reasonable prices. It gets quite busy during peak times, but you usually can still find a seat.

Service varies here, some staff and usually the younger ones are friendly, smile and greet whilst others are less friendly.
