Zambrero is always my favourite fast foods cause of how tasty and healthy it is. My go to chain is Mirrabooka which is always the best and the staff are so polite and respectful.
Tuart Hill Zambrero unfortunately did not meet the standards that I was expecting (and was used to). I went to this chain for the first time on Thursday night with my brother for dinner, and got very very disappointed. Firstly, the staff did not look friendly at all. We got served by an Indian girl (black long-ish hair). Very very stingy in putting the salads!! Put one spoon of Guac and charged us for a Large Guac; when a Large Guac is usually two full spoons!! I’ve always seen that Corn and Onions are separate but the girl was very sharp in telling me that’s how they have ALWAYS been, and it’s ALWAYS been mixed. And even when they had gone to wrap my brother’s burrito it was completely deformed and all the ingredients were mixed. This was very below my standards.
Overall, we did not have the best experience at Zambrero Tuart Hill. Please tell your staff to behave more friendly and polite towards customers, because this can affect the business...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer for many years and have been visiting this branch 4 to 5 times a week for the past year. While most of the staff are good, there are a couple of employees (especially girl) who are rude and unhelpful. They consistently put very few ingredients in my small & medium-sized burritos (as per the menu it should be more), and this has happened several times with one or two of them. It seems they don’t care about the customers.
Last week, I shared my feedback with them in person, but they didn’t even apologize or respond. In fact, they looked at me rudely. I mentioned that I am considering taking my business elsewhere, as I spend around $100 a week at this branch, and I plan to inform my family and friends not to visit the Tuart Hill branch of Zambrero.
I believe that the staff represents our community, and I feel ashamed that they are portraying our country and community in Australia in a negative light. Please don’t judge us based on their behavior; not everyone is like that....
Read moreBesides the old Leederville Zambrero’s that gave me food poisoning, this was my worst experience yet. The three women working there couldn’t orchestrate a useful sentence between each other, and messed up my order. I asked the one serving me for a big beef burrito. She then asked if i wanted a regular burrito. I said no, big please. She then ignored me again and continued to make a regular which I wasn’t aware of until I paid for it as I assumed she had heard me. She also started putting random ingredients in my order without asking me? When it came to payment, I asked if it was the big size as it was clearly not. She then tried to lie to the other workers saying it was the big size. They then offered me another regular burrito for free as compensation due to their mistake, yet after a minute, came back and said I would have to pay for another regular sized one? So what was the point of that? Horribly run and I wish I never have to go there again unless they hire some people who can understand...
