DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

A shocking 25 minute wait for 2x take away coffees last week. Bumper to bumper so there was no leaving the line even though I wanted to because I had a little toddler in the car. Someone came out at 5 minutes to take my order which really didn't help anything as I went on to wait another 20 minutes for two sub par coffees. Absolutely was not worth the wait. Was the third car in line for 20 minutes. The car holding everyone up looked to have order 3-4 drinks and 3 packages of food.. if you can't handle serving the food and drinks through what should be a fast drive thru service - DON'T. Or better yet, have a better solution! Drive on the grass and bring it out to the them so the other 8 (YES COUNT IT, 8) cars in line can get the coffee they ordered 20 minutes ago that was lukewarm by the time I got it. And before the owners refer to me to a useless link to post my feedback, my feedback is already here to see, PLUS, clearly this response to everyone's negative feedback isn't being taken on board so save the link. I will not be using it. It's time to finally take on board what everyone is saying and do better. Never ever returning and will be directing everyone I know in the area to avoid...

I'm a regular customer at zaraffas canning vale and I love the coffee. Usually the wait is 5-10 mins to get up to the window and order which is ok because it's worth the wait. Today I waited 12 minutes and I didn't have my card on me, only cash. After 12 mins I got up to the window to order and I give the lady $20. They didn't have enough change to supply back.. So I drove off without coffee. I don't blame anyone because I love the staff there and they pretty much all know me it's just frustrating when I'm going to work for a 10 hour shift and didn't get coffee. If I didn't love the coffee so much I could just goto muzz buzz which is directly next door to my work but the coffee is well below average. Just...

Absolutely terrible!! I ordered 4 drinks this morning (not hard!!) 1 hot mocha, 1 lactose free hot chocolate, 1 normal hot chocolate and 1 caramel latte. I received 1 hot mocha, 1 lactose free hot chocolate, 1 cappuccino?? And 1 caramel latte. ALL WITH LACTOSE FREE MILK!!! they weren't even labelled properly so I had to call and check what one was lactose free (we all know what the outcome would be if the lady had normal milk!!). No one except the lady having the lactose free hot chocolate could drink there drinks because they were disgusting! Tasted so watered down as well. What a waste of $20, not to mention my 20 minutes in the queue and such disappointment after hearing how "good" this place was....
