Subway — Restaurant in Wodonga

Me and my friend went into subway at 1pm on 24th April. We didn’t get our sandwich made until 1:50pm. There was a trainee and I’m assuming a team leader (Steph) she was not helping the trainee at all - even when the trainee kept asking for it. Steph kept going out the back saying she needed to make cookies when the cookie display for full. There were about 10 customers all looking at Steph and she just kept walking away. Also she kept mumbling under her breathe. A few customers even walked out. The trainee which we are aware is still learning ripped up the breads so the ingredients were falling out everywhere. - this should be Steph’s job in trainer the other to make sure that doesn’t happen. It was on Monday 21 March 2022, at 8.30pm. Menu display was turned off even though the subway closes at 1000 pm. I requested for the menu option, the female staff working there harshly said we don’t have menu. After which she listed out her rules saying “don’t ask for any heating and toasting and stop touching the food cabin glass( very rudely ). I actually felt like getting out of the shop without ordering because of her behaviour but just managed to order my meal thinking of the hungry kid inside the car but I could really feel that she is throwing the left over food at my face. That staff was a racist woman who behaved very rudely , that I have never experienced before. I can tell I will never ever buy food from subway. I was disgusted with the service in subway Wodonga (high st) today, The lady was fantastic but the man was so very rude he made me feel like I couldn't take my time to see what salads I wanted, and the looks I and my daughters (aged 5 and 15) got from him made us feel very uncomfortable like we were taking to long to decide what we wanted, in the end he just wasn't listening to me and put all the wrong salads on the wrong bread, it was like he didn't want to be there so he took it out on his customers, I'll never be going back to that subway again, having 7 children a husband and a father in law all who love subway they are missing out all because of one rude & unprofessional worker, I'll be going to The other subway in Wodonga.
