Came in and took a seat as I didn't see the sign "wait to be seated" as I was on my phone. It was fairly quiet and none of their staff acknowledged or let me know their kitchen was closed. I ordered online as they did not bother to come to my table. The manager only came to acknowledge my presence to say the kitchen was closed and they will refund my money.

I mentioned to the manager I thought it was terrible service as no one bothered to come to my table and she only became defensive saying that it was my fault for making my way and take a seat. She never apologised nor acknowledge their poor service to even have the decency to acknowle customers. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and great wait to deal with a disatisfied customer from the manager.

Went here for breakfast on the weekend. My friend and I ordered separately. My food and our coffee arrived fairly quickly. The bread was stale tho and tasted old. The coffee was alright. Unfortunately we had to wait over 45 minutes for the second meal due to them losing or misplacing the docket which we only found out after asking multiple times. The management has to hire more kitchen staff since we saw several people complaining about waiting for their food. The food wasn’t really worth the money since it’s quite expensive and bad quality.
