I recently visited The Great Pavilion and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. The highlight of my visit was definitely the food every dish was prepared with such care and packed with rich, authentic flavors. A special mention goes to Head Chef Gurpreet, whose cooking skills are truly outstanding. You can really taste the passion and dedication he puts into every plate. The service was just as impressive. Tamanna and the rest of the team were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. What can I say, the food was just AWESOME, cant describe how perfect the goat karahi was and how delicious it was. Couldnt imagine eating a perfect goat karahi, with perfect blend spices, greatly cooked tender meat, I wouldnt be crediting the chef but the karahi was too good not to appreciate them. And, the food overall was so fresh, the chicken tikka masala was so delicious, absolitely remarkable, fresh rice, great food, ambient vibes of wollongong, a perfect match for a great dinner. All of us friends enjoyed the food and thanked the chef personally for keeping up the standards of our great desi food. Cz some restaurants are making ppl feel like desi food isnt upto mark, but I'd say, these guys truely deserve credit for providing great desi food.
