I was here to pickup Uber order and I was asked to "confirm the pickup first" without even handing the order to me, the girls who work says their boss strictly asked them to force Uber drivers to confirm it before they grab the order, I told her clearly that "I will confirm the order once I grab it in my hand" she said "lots of Uber drivers have stollen orders after picking up the order" I explained her that I will confirm it right infront of her eyes but I need to grab the bag first but she denied! That's not how it works, you can ask us to confirm the order once you hand it to us. I usually only order two main drinks whenever I have Chatime because the last time I tried a drink that did not work together (which was my bad since I chose it) I was pretty traumatised and never wanted to try anything else again other than my usual ;-;

In the middle of a lunch time rush they had two people who were talking to eachother doing one order at a time instead of multitasking multiple at once, it got to a point where I just walked away because they were clearly not even trying to go fast, they had three people waiting and each order took 5 minutes to do, doing one at a time and chatting, bad work ethic and very irritating. And if going fast is such an issue, buy more machines to make it, or hire more people. Everytime I've seen the joint theres always a line to get a drink i could get at another shop...
