Badener Eck — Restaurant in Gemeinde Baden

Not 1 star due to people and staff were friendly. I looked for authentic rustic restaurant and I was happy to find it. But it seems like rustic has some huge disadvantages also. The first one was that the waiter was not only kind to me but even to the guest’s dog. After a few minutes of petting the dog and scrawling the dog’s belly - he continued to serve food and drinks to the guests without to wash his hands 🙌 The second problem was the payment. After I finished my meal, I have been informed that payment only by cash is accepted. According to waiter it is stated in the menu - but probably in German since they had only German menu. He helped me to understand the menu and he should also highlight, that I cannot use me card. There was a band playing yesterday evening in front of the terras. We sat down a bit further away from the crowd. I walked to the waiters to order. They said they don’t serve people who sit down far because those tables do not belong to them. Fair enough. We left for food and drinks elsewhere. We had a good time at Badener Eck… the back terrace is nice and cozy and the food was good (not the tastiest, but not bad either).
