This place was recommended to me and my partner on Sunday 12 March by another family member who just been there the same day. Everything looked fine, inviting interior and personal. The toilet was unhygienic tho, and the light inside of the cabin didn’t work. I went with vegetarian option, everything tasted good except of the pancakes (but I’ve never tried them, so I had no idea). The whole Monday and Sunday evening I felt a little nauseous, but thought that I’m just tired. Today it went downhill, I have 39 temperature and major symptoms of food poisoning, but I didn’t eat anything yesterday. And another family member also got food poisoning. I’ll share the update if I’ll end up at the hospital, but it doesn’t look good. Highly not...

It was the first time that I dinned in an East African restaurant. The traditional interiors are very appealing. The staff is very nice and polite. Staff knew limited English but very fluent in German. The food was not that spicy as I expected, but taste good. I found that Ethiopian flat bread (Injera) is spongy and very much similar to South Indian Dosa. They have traditional Ethiopian spice tea as well in their menu. You might feel a little hungry after eating because their dishes are very adequate in amount. Overall its a nice place to experience East...

Café Abol is a wonderful place to enjoy authentic Ethiopian cuisine. The food is full of rich flavors and served at very fair prices, making it excellent value. The waiting time was short, and everything arrived fresh and well-prepared. What really stands out is the owner’s warmth and hospitality, which creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes the whole experience feel special. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good food and...

The food was very good specially the doro wot and the siga wot (meat sauce). We had a mix of vegetarian and meat. The 'dulet' was average, the vegetables like the potato wot and the cabbage (gomen) was good enough. The injera average (have had better). The biggest plus is the service, a very friendly woman makes the experience positive. Overall I am glad I found an ethiopian restaurant in this part of Austria. Worth trying!
