Black Garlic Ramen Noodle - FAIL. Not the authentic Japanese noodle, it is too thick, real authentic Ramen should be thinner, and should be white not yellow, unless it's the curly ones from Tokyo. Soup - FAIL. Soup is not thick enough, too clear in colour, not as flavourful as well compared to the authentic ones. The real black garlic ramen the soup should be in black. Cha Siu - Very good. Their Chasiu (Meat) is amazing, well seasoned, not too fat, no porky smell. It's really good. Eggs - Pass. The onsen egg is a pass.

Overall: I thought the chef is a Japanese, but actually it's a Chinese from China who runs the place. If you want to taste what China style Japanese Ramen taste like, this is the place. If you are looking for real authentic Japanese Ramen, I don't think this is the place. Long story...

The black garlic ramen was fairly good. The extra egg was a bit over cooked. The hot beef ramen was not enjoyable. I was not aware of the Chinese five spice they used for that and if you do not like it, don’t get it. The beef ramen was simply not to my liking, but I also felt it was missing mushrooms, egg, and maybe some sweet corn to counterbalance some of the Chinese flavors in a Japanese dish. 4/5 because it was ultra hot and muggy inside. Please get more air circulation. Also, you need larger to-go containers for folks that wish to each the soup to go and not “take home and pour two smaller containers into bowl.” I should be able to eat it in a car...

Wir haben aufgrund vieler positiven Rezensionen, online wie auch im persönlichen Umfeld voller Vorfreude das "beste Ramen Restaurant in Graz" besucht. Wir waren an einem Freitag um 17 Uhr dort. Begrüßung: Hallo, habt ihr reserviert?" Hatten wir nicht und so wurde uns immerhin ein Platz für eine Stunde angeboten. Die Kellnerin, die ich nach 10 Minuten darauf hinweisen musste, vielleicht mal die Getränke aufzunehmen, war mehr als überfordert mit meiner Bestellung eines Muskateller und hat mich 4 mal gefragt was ich haben will. Die Getränke sind wieder erst nach einigen Minuten gekommen. Mein bestellter Muskateller kam zwar nicht aber ein Sauvignon. Beim Essen mussten wir die Kellnerin wieder bitten nach einer Ewigkeit unsere Essen aufzunehmen. Bestellt habe ich einmal die vegetarischen TanTan Men Ramen zum "Hier Essen" und einmal die normalen TanTan Men zum Mitnehmen, sowie 2mal die Klebereis Bällchen. Die Ramen optisch ansprechend. Geschmacklich, an sich auch ganz gut. Etwas salzig und sehr wenig Einlage für stolze 14,50. 2 Stücke Tofu, ein bisschen Mais und Frühlingszwiebel. Aber man wird gut satt von der Portion. Was aber gar nicht geht, ist die Umstand das meine Bestellung für Zuhause komplette falsch war. Vegetarische Tantan Men Einlage aber mit der Shoyu Basis??? Im Restaurant waren auch nicht gerade viele Leute da es gerade geöffnet hat, sodass ich das wirklich nicht nachvollziehen kann, wieso die Bestellung falsch war. Noch dazu fehlte eine Portion der Klebereis Bällchen, die aber trotzdem verrechnet wurde. Auch war auf der Rechnung die Bestellung der Ramen richtig vermerkt, haben es aber nicht in mein Säckchen für Zuhause geschafft. FAZIT: 42 Euro für eine falsche Bestellung und fehlende Nachspeise ist für mich ein NO GO! Schade ich hatte mich wirklich auf den...
