Well as one other reviewer said its not really a ramen bowl its just noodle soup and boy i have never been this disappointed We ordered the 1: Seafood Soup aka Ramen with seafood (homemade) traditional Chinese dish with a type of pasta and a degree of spiciness of your choice 2: Ramen with beef (homemade) traditional Chinese dish with a type of pasta and a degree of spiciness of your choice 3: Bao Zi (2 Stück) gedämpfte Knödel mit einer Zutat nach Wahl (We took this for takeaway again a disappointment since the pork stuffing was tasteless and the bao itself was well not baoing
1: The first complaint i have is that it took them more then 35 minutes to get the ramen bowl, 2: The Second Complaint is the seafood ramen well it was good on taste however it has three pieces of prawn and one small piece of fish and an omelette ??? Im not sure but i certainly dont think a ramen bowl contains a full fledged omelette. It also had three pieces of some kinda dumplings (tasted like pork) not sure .However lot of tofu pieces in the soup 3: The Third Problem i had was the noodles as you can see in the last image were like huge chunks of dough and not cut properly and were kinda undercooked in a way .
The Flavours were good i would not deny that and even the quantity is well satisfying and large, however doesn’t mean we can ignore the above factors. Certainly would give a pass to this place...

Read moreI always order the Beef Ramen, my husband's choice is the Tofu Ramen, while my child loves either Cui Pi Ji or fried Ente.
The Beef Ramen is an explosion of flavor! The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the broth has a rich, savory depth, balanced by the numbing spice of the Sichuan peppercorns. I usually request the chili oil to be separated so I can eat it based on my preference. Every bite offers the perfect mix of heat and bold, aromatic flavors—truly the best ramen experience for spice lovers!
