We waited over an hour for our order. If we didn't call another waiter to ask, we would have been there forever without anyone taking notice. Another waiter took our order and just disappeared. There were plently of people in the restaurant and on the menu, it says the chicken needs 30 minutes so we took that into account before following up. About an hour and a half later, we were starving. We called another waiter and he said his colleague messed up the order and is on a break. He asked for our order again and we chose whatever is quickest to be served.

The food is really good and the waiter was very polite and apologetic. I'll give the other waiter who messed up the benefit of the doubt, he could be new or had some emergency, but the experience is still ridiculous. If I come back here again and the same issue doesn't happen, I will...

The food is really good, and the portion sizes are quiet large. Even if it can take a while, the food is certainly worth the wait.

We visited shortly after peak hour, and it definitely took a hot minute till we were noticed and got menus, then one of our drinks was forgotten. Food and desert were both very quick though, and the staff is super friendly.

While the outside seating is really nice, it's FULL of smokers - good luck getting any reasonable amount of clean air. The inside is quite charming too, and if smokers bother you, absolutely go inside!...
