Spanische Weinstube Bodega — Restaurant in Graz

A small and cosy restaurant with a small bar too. Outside garden seating is also available. This restaurant is famous for its traditional Spanish dish "Paella" for that you should ask them two days before to reserve your dish. We have booked the Paella for six people in advance and finally tasted! Honestly, I did not like it, may be due to a lot of different sea food ingredients inside it, eventually confused my taste buds. But it was more than sufficient for all of us. I like "Sangria" a spanish wine drink mixed with oranges. Whereas, the staff is very polite and they like to explain if you don't know any of their dishes. They only accept cash payments. Food was just ok but for the (over)priced rates you should expect more, those dishes can be made easily at home in the same quality. Sangria is mixed just like any other you can find on the streets in Spain. Not friendly for vegetarians. The space is very tight and limited. Outside it is very noisy because of the high speed traffic passing by. All in all it was worth to try it but would not go...

Unexpectedly good. I mean a SPANISH restaurant in GRAZ? Come on. As it turned out it was very good. Limited menu but what they did was great. Prices very reasonable too. Only cash accepted though. The outside part is really nice. Inside not so much. Very friendly waiter. Dog friendly too. Great discovery. Will be going back when we pass through...
