This is proof that your response to my review is incorrect (see the pictures). incorrect prices are charged in your business, which do not match your menu. this is pure fraud. €6.20 is the difference, 30% too much! incomprehensible. especially don't drink a coffee here!!! I posted the photo of my reciept and your menu.

the service was bad. The choice of cake was limited but the worst part was that the price of the drinks (2x soft drinks and coffee, cappucino were all charged at the exact same price at checkout, afterwards I checked the prices on the menu with the receipt, too much was charged. that is not correct and I feel cheated. Not...

Purtroppo sono rimasta molto male dal servizio di questo bar. Sono entrata per andare in bagno(sono incinta di 8 mesi e quando la piccola decide di prendere a pugni la mia vescica ho poche alternative) ho chiesto se fosse possibile utilizzare il bagno vista l'urgenza della situazione la cameriera mi ha detto che c'era l'obbligo di consumazione...ok!ordino una bottiglia di acqua (anche se era contro producente) chiedo dove trovo il bagno nel mentre mio marito si siede davanti al banco in un tavolino per aspettarmi consumando, la ragazza ovviamente non spiaccicando una parola di inglese porta l'acqua e due bicchieri. Finita l'acqua da 0.33cl andiamo a pagare e il collega ci dice che sono 2.80€...all'inizio credevamo di non aver capito bene e lui ha ripetuto 2.80€ scusa ma per 0.33cl di acqua pago come una birra?!?!?!?comunque paghiamo e ringraziamo uscendo richiedo lo scontrino che prima mi viene dato di un'altro tavolo...l'orario non era corretto e dopo aver insistito e lui sbuffato ci fa quello giusto.sono rimasta...

Das Service dort lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ganz selten erwischt man mal eine motivierte/n Kellner/in. Voll ist es dort trotzdem immer, da es einfach in der Innenstadt einer der besten, wenn nicht der best gelegene Ort ist um einen Kaffee zu trinken.. ändert aber nichts daran, dass sich hier niemand ums Personal kümmert, die nur so vor sich hinarbeiten und ja, dreister wird der Chef, der nie da ist anscheinend auch immer mehr.. als Gast sollte man am Altstadtzauber 1€ für Toilette bezahlen. Mhm alles klar. Und möchte man ein größeres Glas Wasser ZUM KAFFEE (!) haben, ja dann schnallzen sie dir 0,90€ auf die Rechnung. Gehts noch? Kein Gast = Toilettengebühr ok Gast = Toilettengebühr Frechheit. Kein Kaffee oder sonstiges Getränk = Glas Wasser 0,90€ ok Kaffee = Glas Wasser...
