DAO — Restaurant in Linz

Was pretty excited when we reserved a table for 4 at the restaurant. The restaurant ambiance is pretty average and the food its an adventure with weird flavours. The appetiser we ordered was a vegetarian mandu and it is pretty good and piping hot, the bulgogi kimbap left us with nauseous experience which lead to PUKING and they forgotten to add the egg into it which supposed to be in there. For our main we had the grill plater that includes pork,squid and additional bulgogi but we did requested before we order the main that if we could change the pork to bulgogi but they’re weren’t flexible and the whole grilling experience pfff just tasted like an old sea food flavour which is very intense and one of us had to puke so much after and the other main was a hotpot which pretty basic. They whole experience was a nightmare of bucket of puke and the service is really slow and its really pricey and its not worth your penny. Wouldn’t recommend...

The ones who say that this is great delicious hotpot have clearly never had actually good hotpot in their lives. The broth was basically the Mr Noodles instant ramen flavour packets with like a few extra spring onions and oil mixed in to try to hide the fact. But it was so light and flavourless and incredibly salty. No difference between the spicy and not-spicy side, they were both terrible. Very disappointing. At least the meat was nice and finely cut, and came with a big plate of a variety of different vegetables and noodles, if a little heavy on useless sliced white onion. We also ordered appetizers of kimchi pancake which was fine, and vegetable dumplings which were just cheap frozen ones that they bought in a bag and cooked up. Expensive meal and totally...

Nice presentation of Kimbap!! 👍 my first time ordered Kimbap(Bulgogi/beef), came so beautifully. I was surprised! better taste than those I ate in Vienna. But, presentation Kimbap wise is better than what I ate in Vienna, New York, Amsterdam, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Perth. I really recommend the Kimbap. Well, it's matched with my other ordered food, the Bibimbap( Bulgogi). I wish the Bulgogi taste bit sweeter tho. Anyway, I used Bibimbap sauce and bit of soysauce poured to the Kimbap for better taste. 2.5/5 points for the Bibimbap. The Bibimbap sauce so cuteeee, they put in lil bottle. ..
