This actually seems to be a Vietnamese restaurant with a Japanese menu, so you get both cuisines in one place. I ordered the chicken soup as a starter, a sake sushi plate (variations of salmon sushi) as the main course and then beef in beetle leaves to round it off. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. I'm usually extremely picky when it comes to sushi and sashimi, but this is probably already one of the best sushi places in Linz. But since it's sushi, you have to spend quite some money in order to be really satisfied, so you might want to order an extra dish in order to not go home hungry. I'll definitely come again, but since there are already pretty good Vietnamese restaurants in Linz (like the Pho Hanoi, just a few meters down the road), I'd focus on the Japanese part...
Read moreBeforehand I have to mention that my family and I have visited many Asian and Sushi restaurants around the world to give you an idea of the weight of my review. Our first impression of our first visit was exceptional. To sum up the important features (cornerstones) of my review.
-The tasteful and comfy interior restaurant design. Very thoughtful and many small features you won't find in most restaurants.
-The great tasting food which is freshly prepared, nice to look at and it is served in over standard portions. We have tasted a dish of all courses.
-The neatly dressed and friendly staff. We were greeted when we walked in, we were descreetly taken care of during our stay and they said "goodby" when we left.
