Very good cocktails Listless waiters I want to elaborate on that last point because I can't say more about the cocktails themselves. They were excellent! Unfortunately, I can't say as much about the waiters. First of all, we were ignored for a good five minutes and had to ask for the drinks menu. We looked at the menu, and only after another five minutes, the waiter told us that cocktails were only available from five pm onwards. So we left and came back 40 minutes later. This time, we got the menu right away, but when we had chosen the waiter told me the one I'd wanted was not available anymore. He really could have said that at the beginning. But okay, I ordered another drink. We got our drinks not at the same time, but spaced out, which shouldn't happen as well, especially since the clients at another table (at least 10 while we were only 3) got their drinks at the same time. When we were finished, we had to tell the waiters twice that we wanted to pay. One of them finally came, but he didn't go through the bill, just told us the price. All in all, it was not a pleasant experience, which was all the more disappointing because a year ago, when the bar opened for the first time, everything...

We had a great experience at Nuba Bar with Kitchen in Linz, where we celebrated my small birthday dinner with my girlfriend. We had a reservation, and everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived.

After ordering, we got our drinks right away, and they were fantastic—our waiter recommended them, and they were definitely a great choice. Surprisingly, we also received a starter we hadn’t ordered—a selection of three different spreads with baguette. While we did have to pay for it, it was delicious, so I really have no complaints.

The highlight of the evening was the sushi, which was absolutely amazing. The fish quality was excellent, and everything was prepared to a high standard. Overall, I have nothing to criticize—the service was good, the food was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a nice dinner.

The prices were a bit higher, but considering the quality of the fish and the overall level of the restaurant, it was totally reasonable. Would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a...

Erneuter Besuch vor etwa 3 Wochen im Nuba daher Ergänzung zu meiner ersten Rezension: zusätzlich ein Stern, da sich der Service wesentlich gebessert hat und man super freundlich bedient wurde. Auch dieses Mal war das Essen ausgezeichnet. Leider war uns die Musik noch immer viel zu laut und wir werden dies beim nächsten Besuch persönlich ansprechen. Daher eine Korrektur der Bewertung seit Februar.

Durch den aktuellen Hype empfiehlt es sich im Nuba 1-2 Wochen vorher zu reservieren. Das Lokal war an einem Freitag komplett voll. Das Ambiente ist sehr chic. Ich war bereits in der Eröffnungswoche dort und wollte einen Vergleich starten. Das Beef Tatar war gut gewürzt und schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Auch meine Begleitung war vom Essen begeistert. Also geschmacklich 👍. Ich denke, dass es für den ein oder anderen Mann zu kleine Portionen sein könnten. Allerdings ist es ja lt. Karte Bar Food und somit würde ich dies ohnehin als Snack verstehen. Der Vorteil ist, dass man nicht so extrem übersättigt ist und einen der außergewöhnlichen Cocktails probieren kann. Ich habe den Geisha-tini und La Dolce Vita probiert und beide waren sehr gut und unterscheiden sich von den üblichen 0815 Cocktails. Diese Bar hebt sich durch das außergewöhnliche Angebot von der Masse ab. Die Musik wurde im Laufe des Abends besser. Einen wichtigen Kritikpunkt gibt es jedoch: Wir haben die Musik in der Bar zu laut empfunden. Bereits um 20 Uhr war die Musik zu laut und im Laufe des Abends wurde es noch lauter. Ich habe meine Begleitung auf ca. 40 cm Entfernung nicht mehr verstanden. Wir wären vermutlich noch länger geblieben aber man konnte sich einfach nicht mehr unterhalten. Das fand ich persönlich sehr sehr schade. Es war viel lauter als in anderen Bars. Positiv anmerken möchte ich jedoch, dass der Service sehr freundlich und bemüht war. Unser Kellner war leider etwas überfordert mit der Anzahl an Gästen. Es wären für diesen Abend noch 1-2 Kellner erforderlich gewesen. Es war schwierig, wenn man Getränke nachbestellen wollte und wurde teilweise vergessen. Der Chef persönlich hat an diesem Abend ausgeholfen und man hat gemerkt, dass ihm die Gäste wichtig sind. Er hat uns auch öfters gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und sich auch persönlich von uns verabschiedet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und hoffen, dass sich das mit dem Service besser eingespielt hat und die Musik auf eine Lautstärke angepasst wird, in der man sich noch ohne schreien...
