El Paso Linz — Restaurant in Linz

This is a bad experience I had, not with the food but with the delivery and the assistance at the restaurant. The delivery man didn't ring, didn't call, yet said that he did so 5 times. He certainly made a mistake on ringing the bell. I was waiting for it for more than one hour. At the restaurant, when I called, they told me I would have to pay 3 euros more for the delivery man to come again with my order. It's not only disrespect for my time, is abuse for I had already paid. They are not polite, they do not believe the costumer if anything wrong happens, they don't take responsibility and they're not worth the visit or the take away orders. Service is a great part of the business and if someone mistreats the costumer by, a priori, not believing and saying the costumer was the one misleading the whole situation, is abuse, rudeness and, ultimately, someone who doesn't really like their job. So thry shouldn't have them and try something else. It's not worth it. You'll be mistreated and called out if anything goes sideways. Don't recomend AT ALL! And the food, let me tell you, is not that fantastic for you to be bothering yourself with...

The worst restaurant I have ever been to. Unfortunately I can not post my review without giving them a star. The girl at the counter was just pretending to be nice. No effort by the chef in at least cooking my meal. I ordered Taco con pollo to go during my lunch break from work and they packed it. When I got to my work and opened the box, It was just a disaster meal. It was uncooked. Dripping all the water and juice. Tacos were so saggy that I had to use a spoon to scoop everything up. The chicken chunks were still red and uncooked which is very dangerous for health. No spice, No salt, no effort.... Good food, awful customer service

I visited the place twice. First one went smoothly. Second time, the employee tried to make me feel belittled and disrespected. When I asked for the check (Rechnung), one of the female employees (with brown hair) laughed at me and asked if I am asking the check for my mother in a very disrespecful way.
