Katapult Sölden Après-Ski & Nightlife — Restaurant in Sölden

Some potential here but it got super busy towards midnight, even when the Eisbar opened which had more my musical taste. The bar service was exceptional during the time I did spend there, so that was a big plus. The people behind the bars are working really hard.

Sadly there does not seem to be a huge control over who is permitted to enter when clearly they are already absolutely drunk and then they're pouring their own drink from 0.7l bottles of spirits, some of the behaviour of 50+ year old people was worse than what small babies would get up to, swinging on furniture, jumping over tables, knocking glass all over the floor smashing it, and then it is just left there, I do not want to be dancing in the middle of a sea of broken glass. Sadly this just made me and my friend want to leave, and so we did. A quieter time maybe another day of the week than a Friday might be...

Spacious club with fast service and hospitable staff. The service is fast and prices reasonable. 2 storeys, upper one is VIP at a surcharge, good to go when the club is crowded downstairs. They have dancers on all night long and also several appearances of dancers on stilts wearing interesting costumes. 2 things to improve - bottle selection is very poor in the whiskey and especially single malt department. And the DJ - probably the worst I heard in 2019 (name is DJ In-style). The club would be better off with a Spotify playlist than this "DJ". Everything else was awesome and would recommend it for a night...

MEGA_LOCATION wir waren zum Opening im November 2022 erstmalig in Sölden zum Ski fahren, um mal mitreden zu können zum "Mythos Sölden"... (sind immer mehrfach pro Saison unterwegs, u.a. Zillertal-Schladming-Flachau-Kronplatz-Obertauern).... hat uns im November so gut gefallen, das wir jetzt im April zum EMF bzw. Closing nochmal 3 Tage nach Sölden gefahren sind... (dazwischen Silvester in Flachau, im Februar in Mayrhofen, im März in Hintertux)...

einen nicht unerheblichen Ausschlag jetzt für die nochmalige spontane April-Tour nach Sölden hat auch das KATAPULT im November gegeben... war schon im November echt Hammer: coole Location - Musik/DJ spitze - top Publikum (Hütte voll) - nettes Personal (Go-Gos, Bars, Security)... ja o.k. man muss Eintritt bezahlen (November 8 €, April 20 € evt. wegen EMF/Ibiza-Event) und die Getränkepreise sind auch nicht ganz preiswert, aber mal ehrlich, Ski-Urlaube sind Aktivurlaube und kosten eben Geld... sicher stöhnen wir auch, wenn die Bergbahnen Sölden für 1 Tagesticket 98 € (!) aufrufen für ein kurzfristig gebuchtes Ticket... 3 Tage-Pass dann 198 € was wieder im Rahmen lag, was man ja jetzt so gewohnt ist... aber da brauch ich mich dann beim KATAPULT wegen Eintrittspreisen oder Getränkepreisen nicht ärgern oder das negativ bewerten... es wird ein ordentliches Angebot vorgehalten, und da muss am Ende des Tages auch soviel Kohle in der Kasse sein, um alle seine Kosten bezahlen zu können...

ich finde das KATAPULT eine abendliche Bereicherung für unsere Trip`s nach Sölden, und eins ist klar, in den anderen Skigebieten sind solche größeren Locations in der Machart wie das Katapult ehern selten... von mir also volle Punktzahl, unser nächster Trip nach Sölden ist schon in Planung für Anfang Dezember 2023, und wenn man uns reinlässt, gern auch wieder...
