We’ve been coming to Alpina for 12 years and were well accustomed to the half-board model. Naturally, we had our reservations when they decided to separate the restaurant from the hotel. But wow—what a success!

The food is simply outstanding—refined, well-balanced, and thoughtfully crafted. The kitchen always welcomes guests with a small appetizer, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience. There’s also a daily suggestion, allowing the chef to showcase creativity and flair.

The wine list is extensive enough to offer excellent choices, particularly from Italy and Südtirol. As French guests, we wouldn’t be against seeing a few more French names on the list—but of course, that’s highly subjective!

Among our favorites, we highly recommend the Hot Carpaccio, the Rump Steak, the Truffle Risotto, and the Weinnudeln for dessert. Prices are very fair for Sölden.

Sitting there, savoring exquisite dishes and fine wines, while being guided by a team with remarkable attention to detail and expertise, all in a calm and lounge-like atmosphere, truly makes time stand still.

Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben als Vorspeise heißes Carpaccio und Beef Tartar gegessen, beides absolute Geschmackserlebnisse!. Zum Hauptgang gab es Steinpilz-Risotto, Tiroler Zwiebelrostbraten und Ochsenschwanzravioli. Alle drei Gerichte waren super angerichtet, gut portioniert und sehr lecker! Begleitet hat uns beim Essen eine Magnum Big John. Da wir uns beim Dessert nicht entscheiden konnten, haben wir die Variation genommen, richtige Entscheidung und mit einem Verteiler aus einem eigens dafür umfunktionierten Apothekerschrank ein perfekter Abschluss für einen kulinarisch grandiosen Abend! Das Restaurant ist neu renoviert, dezent und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und total gemütlich! Der Service ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ein rundum toller Abend und...
