Wiesenegg Restaurant — Restaurant in Saalbach-Hinterglemm

Modern decorated restaurant. Starters looked nice but missed seasoning. Fortunately the olive oil and balsamico were brought to us. Tomato salad included bit too much onion for my taste, could have mixed it with some other veggies…. The pizza was nice with peperoni and onions and some peppers. The cordon blue was huge and tasty/crispy. Also the steak was well prepared. The last two mentioned dishes could well be shared by two smaller eaters. We had dinner here after a long day of driving. The interior is nice and modern. The staff is super friendly and attentive. However the food was a big letdown. The soup was spilled over the pot (cleaning it before it being served isn't too much to ask in my opinion) and my bread fell into the soup. Hence being super soggy. We were there for a dinner. They have quite good menu. If you take a food that comes salat with, then you need to take salat by yourself inside, because in the same time is the dinner for hotel guests. I find it very good because there is a good offer of salats in the buffet.
