I was in this Öfferl for the first time today. I was so much looking forward to eating baked goods and drinking fantastic coffee. My partner and I picked up our croissants and our coffees from the Kassa and sat down. 5 minutes later, my boyfriend accidentally pressed the plate with his coffee and his coffee exploded all over the table, our food, my face, our clothes and the wall of the store. It was a magnificent sight which all guests and employees observed. However, even after cleaning the floor and the wall and ourselves with napkins for 5 minutes, the employees were still watching us and did not offer any help at all. When I confronted the employee he said that he didn’t see it. Which I unfortunately doubt since we were sitting at the table right in front of them. I’ve been enjoying the quality and expertise of Öfferl for years but this experience today left a bitter taste in our -otherwise sweetened by their fantastic croissants- mouths. I left without having enjoyed my coffee and with soaked croissants on my plate. I’m just sad that I paid 27€ and didn’t enjoy either...
Read moreI entered some days ago to buy a bread and i was with my small dog (we is 5kg and was in a leash). i didn’t even get to properly enter, when one of your employees told me that my dog should wait outside. and i’m sorry to ask, but why? why should a small dog be put outside for literally 20 seconds, as I only really wanted to buy a bread. all of the other bakeries I’ve been to allow dogs inside.
