It’s unbelievable that such terrible service exists. Today the worker tried to overcharge by doubling the price the last moment before you attach the card, then when you point out, the worker becomes extremely rude and arrogant blaming it on you ‘ordering wrong’, and saying that refunds with the card are impossible, which is laughable as it’s clearly not true. Then he performs a crazy act of the lifetime, screaming and throwing a tantrum. Checked the other reviews, not the first time it’s happening. Seems like some shady stuff is going on there. The workers there should not be close to any customer-facing jobs. Worth...

Person taking an order got frustrated and angry that we did not understand the menu? You are placed in a train station and your menu doesn't have a lick of english on it! Burgers and fries tasted insanely good though Want a suggestion? Ditch the unintuitive mason jar from the top picture and replace with an actual "drink" (cup/mug/can from the side) + add a picture of a sauce or sauce cups (cuz they come with it by default). This is a fast food quality food! With higher prices to deceive people to think it is high quality. The burger is one level better than McDonalds, but does not justify the 8€ price for the burgers there. The meat was not good, the bacon cheese and sauces were medium good. The strawberry juice was awful with lots of sugar and artificial flavour(3€). Pommes/french fries were okay. The sitting outside were dirty.

The only upside from this place was the service, they were very friendly...
