It feels like you are visiting your aunt’s place for a meal: 3.5 tables, very chilled service, kitchen probably smaller than your own flat, a 1-man show, her daughter is chilling on the ground, a TV playing Portuguese show, … Food is absolutely homemade, authentic and tasty. Ein kleines Stück Portugal mitten in der Stadt! Früher war das Lokal etwas versteckt, da es mit einer Taekwondo-Schule verbunden war – von außen hätte man kaum vermutet, dass sich hier ein Restaurant/Bistro verbirgt. Aber nun, mit dem Umzug ins neue Lokal nebenan, ist es noch einfacher zu finden!

Wir haben eine Bifana no Pão und das berühmte Pastel de Nata probiert – und alles selber gemacht! Man schmeckt sofort, dass hier alles mit viel Liebe 🥰 gekocht wird. Die Qualität der Speisen und die herzliche Atmosphäre spiegeln perfekt den Namen des Lokals wider: Coração ❤️ Português 🇵🇹.

Eigentlich wollten wir die Karte durch probieren: bolinhos de bacalhau🐟, rissóis de camarão🦐, arroz de pato🍚🦆… denn jede Speise erinnert mich an meine Aufenthalte in Portugal vor der Pandemia. Aber leider schaffen wir diesmal nicht.
