DerMann, der verwöhnt — Restaurant in Vienna

I do not recommend the place. Me and my friends went this morning for breakfast, we started ordering but they told us we could sit down and they'd be serving us. So we did but no one came to take our orders, they were absolutely rude probably because we are foreigners and don't speak German. We had to get up and order at the counter, plus we ended up paying more than what was displayed. The waiters were once more disrespectful when we had to pay: they basically asked us to go behind the counter to pay and when we didn't understand they got mad at us, then reprimanded us because we were in the way of the other waiters. Overall, it was a bad experience, it was disappointing especially considering how good the food and cappuccinos were. We read the other reviews and noticed that other people got the same treatment, we are very disappointed to notice they didn't...

One of my favorite bakeries: good food and they are open on Sundays. Yet I got bitterly disappointed. On May 25, 2020, my girlfriend and I ordered cappuccino and black tea to go. The lady serving us accidentally dropped an empty to-go cup on the floor while reaching for one. After a while, she looked around and served the tea in that same dirty cup. We protested that the cup is dirty because she dropped it. She was eager to give us another cup of tea, yet did not admit the cup was on the floor. Went for breakfast this morning and the service was terrible. We were 5 people and started to order at the desk. We said to her that we will sit down. She started to take the order and at some moment she said sit down and another person will come and she started geting the order from somebedy else. The person that continues to take the order was terrible. She was serving and getting the plates really quick and at some moment the knife straches a little bit my friends finger. They looked unhappy and no smile at all. Terrible service. The atmosphere was not good as most people were unhappy with the service.The food btw was very good...
