Dulceria Chocolates — Local services in Vienna

Amazing vegan chocolate! Checked them out as an alternative for Easter eggs, when I found them! My partner is vegan and normally finds vegan chocolate alternatives too sweet, so I was pretty nervous to buy them as a surprise. Little did I know what Dulceria had in store for me.

As soon as I entered the store, I was welcomed with broken chocolate to taste and warm explanations of which of the colorful pralines were filled with what. The combinations seemed endless and creative, from gin over coffee to fruity tastes. And while awaiting a pretty high pricetag, I was positively surprised with very adequate prices for bigger boxes.

Lately they also released chocolate bars. My favourite is White lemon, which has a refreshing aftertaste. Also, if you are searching for vegan "reeses pieces" alternatives, get White Chocolate Peanut, you will not be...

These pralines are INCREDIBLE! They're everything you'd ever want in a chocolate (hard chocolate coating, soft filling, perfect level of sweetness and a variety of delicious flavours). They're also beautiful but they are so good that you won't be admiring them for long because once you've had one, you will want to eat the whole box. 😉 I also have to say they are not heavy on the stomach as many chocolate pralines are (maybe that is because they're vegan?). Anyway, I really can't recommend them...

Bestellung kam nie an. Als die Lieferdauer fast verstrichen war, erkundigte ich mich nach dem Bearbeitungsstand. Es kam eine Antwort, dass alle Pakete versandt seien und nach der Verfolgungsnummer gesucht und mir durchgegeben wird. Nach erneuter Nachfrage kam dann die Info, dass es keine Verfolgungsnummer gebe, weil es ein Sammelauftrag sei. Die Zustellung würde voraussichtlich am nächsten Werktag erfolgen (Montag, erkundigt habe ich mich an einem Freitag). Die Produkte benötigte ich als Geschenk, was ich am Freitag schon äußerte. Mit der Info, dass das Paket am Montag voraussichtlich kommen soll (es hätte Freitag schon geliefert werden sollen laut angeblicher Rückmeldung der Post), kam direkt die Info, dass ich das Geld zurück bekomme, wenn das Paket nicht rechtzeitig kommt und ich die Ware behalten dürfe. Ich saß also Montag den ganzen Tag hoffnungsvoll Zuhause, es kam kein Paket. Mittlerweile ist Donnerstag, ohne Paket. Das Geld habe ich erstattet bekommen. Ich vermute, unsere Bestellung wurde vergessen. Das hätte man mir auch gerne direkt an dem Freitag sagen können, damit ich ein alternatives Geschenk besorge. Es besteht auch kein Interesse daran, zu sehen, wo das Paket bleibt, was meine Vermutung bestätigt. Fehler passieren, über Ehrlichkeit wäre ich nicht böse gewesen und die Bewertung wäre nicht...
