The worst restaurant I have ever visited. Starting with the service, which is lousy, and they charge abusively for things that have not been consumed (there are other reviews that mention that it is a usual practice in the restaurant). It is so absurd that they EVEN CHARGE FOR THE USE OF THE CUTLERY(foto). On the other hand, the food is awful. They are lousy representatives of Italian food. Minestrone’s soup is water with potatoes and vegetables, with more water. The ravioli's are expensive and uninteresting. The pizza is just like any commercial pizza with no value. Any option in Vienna is better and cheaper. Avoid visiting this restaurant so you don't have a bad time. Overpriced and underwhelming. Dishes are 95% pasta and 5% meat. We ordered two pasta dishes , one of which was 24 euro, bland and had 3 small shrimp in it. I should've known when I saw the menu consisted of half the dishes having truffles. A telltale sign of compensation. The carpaccio had more truffles than meat....4 paper thin slices of meat probably less than 25g. For an 80 euro meal with no drinks besides water and 90% carbs, you're better off going to a sausage stand.

Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass unsere Gläser nie leer waren, und überraschte uns sogar mit einem wunderbaren Tiramisu zum Nachtisch, was eine nette Geste war. Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Abend voller außergewöhnlichem Essen, großartigem Service und einer einladenden Atmosphäre. For our friends’ 50th birthday celebration, we chose this Italian restaurant that truly exceeded expectations. The ambiance was warm and elegant, with soft lighting and cozy seating that set the perfect mood for a special occasion. Every dish was a masterpiece, from the appetizer to the perfectly cooked branzino fish, each bite bursting with authentic Italian flavors. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure our glasses were never empty and even surprising us with a wonderful Tiramisu for dessert, which was a delightful touch. Overall, it was a memorable evening filled with exceptional food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Food was fine. I could give 4 stars but services was terrible. The waiter sat on our table several times without invitation. Waiting when only one woman alone try to added her whatapp and asked out after his off. No idea what he could show at midnight. Besides, this guy took the change as his tip without any notice which was 25%of the cost. A proper restaurant should not allow their staff using working as his personal tinder!

BTW his name is Alex which also mentioned on other poor review.

Horrible Racist Service. Right as we walked through the door (with a reservation), the host asked us if we were sure we wanted to come in. what type of question is that? We noticed that the tables around us were given bread once they ordered, so we were expecting some too. However it never came- we got out mains instead. When we asked the waiter where our bread was, he made a sound and grabbed it. It is fair to point out that we were the only non white people in the restaurant, and we were treated differently. Service never came, we weren’t given what the other tables got, and on top of that, they charged 4 euros per person as “service”. where was the service??? and they they had the audacity to...
