An absolute gem! This aperitivo bar exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, the drinks were perfectly mixed and the small bites were fresh and delicious. Ich war früher schon einmal hier und hatte damals ein sehr nettes Gespräch mit dem Inhaber – das Essen war hervorragend, und deshalb wollte ich das Lokal diesmal einer Freundin zeigen. Leider war der Besuch diesmal sehr enttäuschend.

Das Essen war zwar wieder gut, aber der Service war extrem langsam und unaufmerksam. Nachdem wir aufgegessen hatten, wollten wir gerne noch etwas nachbestellen und baten um die Speisekarten. Danach hat sich jedoch über 40 Minuten niemand um uns gekümmert – obwohl die Kellnerin draußen war und mehrfach an uns vorbeigegangen ist, hat sie uns konsequent ignoriert.

Meine Freundin musste schließlich zur Kassa gehen und fragen, ob wir noch etwas bestellen können. Das, was wir wollten, war inzwischen aus, und man sagte uns, es komme gleich jemand zu uns, um etwas anderes zu empfehlen. Doch auch das passierte nicht – stattdessen wurden erst einmal andere Gäste bedient. Als endlich jemand kam, hatten wir ehrlich gesagt schon keine Lust mehr, etwas zu bestellen.

Auch unsere Wassergläser standen über eine Stunde leer, ohne dass jemand nachgefragt hätte.

Auch die Aufstellung der Tische war unpraktisch – um auf die Toilette zu gehen, musste ich andere Gäste bitten, aufzustehen.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht – vor allem, weil ich das Lokal in guter Erinnerung hatte. Das war leider mein erster Restaurantbesuch in Wien, bei dem ich kein Trinkgeld...
