Extremely Disrespectful Behavior from Staff at Müller Bräu I had a deeply disappointing and humiliating experience at Müller Bräu on Saturday, January 4th, around 10 PM. I was with three other people, meeting for the first time. When I asked the waiter to wait for one minute before taking the payment, he acted in a completely disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Instead of respecting my request, he spoke to the others in German and took the payment from someone else without my consent. When I tried to clarify with another waiter that I intended to pay, the first waiter became aggressive, shouting in German and using inappropriate body language. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. As I was leaving, the same waiter followed me and insulted me by calling me “PUTA,” which I believe is a Spanish swear word, It means “H0 e” , I was Shocked ,went back to the counter to speak to the manager. However, the waiter claimed to be the manager, shouted at me, and physically pushed another waiter away when I tried to speak to him. He then kicked me out as the restaurant was closing, without offering any form of apology or resolution. I felt unsafe and deeply disrespected by the staff. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I urge the management to look into this incident and take appropriate action. I hope this review serves as a warning to other customers and leads to improvements in staff training and customer service.

The visit to the Müllerbräu with work colleagues was diverse. The interior gives no indication of whether it is a modern restaurant or a better inn. The food is traditional and very tasty - especially the pizza was excellent. The staff, although not busy, was a bit uncoordinated. Especially the reception of the dishes took a long time and was awkward, but all orders were always quickly implemented. When it came to billing, it seemed difficult for the staff to still assign the individual orders to people, even though there were only 8 of us. All in all, a nice restaurant with very good, quite simple, dishes, at reasonable prices.

I recently visited Vienna, Austria for a day and decided to try out a random restaurant I stumbled upon while exploring the city. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the poor service and the server's rude behavior.

Upon sitting down, I was approached by a server who informed me that his shift was ending soon and requested immediate payment. I was taken aback by this abrupt request, considering that it was not even the person who initially served us who approached our table. Nevertheless, I agreed to pay, unaware of the tipping culture in Austria.

When I expressed my lack of interest in leaving a tip, the server became visibly angry and proceeded to make inappropriate racial remarks. It was completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. As a customer, I believe I deserved a respectful explanation about the local tipping customs rather than being subjected to offensive comments.

The server's behavior not only ruined my dining experience but also left a lasting negative impression of the establishment. It is important for service staff to handle such situations with tact and professionalism, especially when dealing with customers who may not be familiar with the local customs.

I understand that tipping is a customary practice in Austria, but as a tourist who was unaware of this, I would have appreciated a more informative and respectful approach. It is the responsibility of the server and the restaurant management to ensure that customers are aware of any cultural expectations, particularly when it comes to tipping.

In conclusion, my visit to this restaurant in Vienna was marred by poor service and offensive behavior from the server. I hope that the management takes appropriate measures to train their staff on customer service etiquette and cultural sensitivity, ensuring that other customers do not have to endure a similarly unpleasant experience...

We had a very upsetting and uncomfortable experience at Müller Bräu on Saturday evening, April 24th, around 9 PM. We were a group of two families, eight people in total. Upon requesting a table, the waitress informed us—without much courtesy—that the kitchen would close in 15 minutes and orders could not be placed afterward. Her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful from the beginning.

After seating us, she brought menus in German. When we politely requested English menus, she made a dismissive remark in German, took the German menus away, and returned with only one English menu for the entire group. Her behavior escalated, displayed aggressive body language, making us feel very uncomfortable.

When it came time to settle the bill, we asked to split it into two, which seemed to annoy her. Another waiter was called over, who brought two bills. However, before we could even begin paying, he demanded a tip, stating it should be at least 10% of the bill.

The entire experience made us feel unsafe and thoroughly disrespected. Such conduct is completely unacceptable in any hospitality...
