My review is only on the service since i didn't get the food. WORST SERVICE EVER; Will try and be as much as possible OBJECTIVE:
Placed the order for takeaway, admittedly around launch time. I'm told to pick it up in 30 min. All good until now. Came there and the lady told me to wait 5 min. Around there were other 2 customers waiting for food (same story to wait for 5 min). In the meantime more customers came to pick their food, that was handed to them in an acceptable time (same 5-10 min). People that showed up 15 min after me got their food before.23 minutes (i actually checked the watch) after i came there to pick the food, i decided to leave. The lady tells me that only 2 min and that she's sorry about it. NO THANKS.
I can only judge based on my experience and based on that it looks like they have issues in organization. FACT is that 1H LATER i was back where i started: NO FOOD and with LOST TIME. I don't know why, and to be honest don't care what was behind such a BAD SERVICE. But i can only judge based on my experience and definitely it's not matching the good reviews that are for this restaurant. Ciao
REVIEW UPDATE After trying it one more time (this time i got the food), i would say it's a 3 out of 5.
POSITIVE: -quality of the products used; -friendly employees;
NEGATIVE: -still struggling with the organization part. you can see that they are still on the learning path of the Take away business. the food in my case was cold (i live couple of min away) and the ordering process was strange (ordered per whats app and only 20 min after i received confirmation that the...
Read moreWhat a find! (I really ought to say ‘finally!’ - after all I live just round the corner...). An outstanding restaurant with extremely good prices. Entrecôte, cooked to perfection, interesting wines, and an owner and staff member who couldn’t have been more accommodating - or charming! I called on a Friday night, in garbled German, to find that all tables were booked. These chaps managed to find another table and chairs and put them out for me and my companion. I will be back, very...
