It's a smokers' café. I am a not-smoker, but still a regular guest for many years there, because the chief is a good friend to me, and the waiters are friendly, too. Most of the guests are Yugoslavs (Serbs, Croats, Bosnians etc.), thus, the language most commonly used in this café is serb or serbocroat. The chief knows German but not perfectly. One waiter is a very pretty Hungarian lady. I like to talk Hungarian to her since I know and love that language. She doesn't understand German but the Yugoslav guests understand German and can help translate. Few guests know English. The prices are very friendly. You can eat and drink there for a low price. The chief cooks himself, mostly grill specialties with meat and sausage. It's not a place for vegetarians. 😊 Sometimes, the Yugoslav guests are talking very loudly to each other, thus, the place is not recommendable to people who seek a quiet and not noisy environment. Having said all this, I can recommend this café if you accept smokers and the temperamentful loud discussions of the Yugoslav guests... 😊 PS. At first, I had given this place 4 stars only.
