REIGEN LIVE — Restaurant in Vienna

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience, the entry fee is one of the highest among peers - 25 EUR. The place is not cosy at all, it felt like a large hall and when I was there a week ago and the place was freezing cold, that really spoils the experience. I can imagine that in summer it'd be pleasant though. The staff was not really attentive, we didn't even manage to place our order properly because the staff was simply not available and when I turned to pay, they charged me for a different wine than the one I ordered and waved the bill as evidence of what I drank. I left the show half way through and will almost certainly not come again. The only pro I could find was good high...

I can’t speak to the food here as we came for a blues concert. So my rating is for the venue and drinks not food. We found the venue to be quite cozy and intimate to listen to some live music. We found the staff to be great and the drinks were great and not high prices either. We did read some reviews about the place being cold and are happy to say that it was very comfortable in there. We brought light jackets. It ended up sitting in short sleeved shirts. The prices of 25€ seems a fair price to us to have three hours of live blues music by two good bands. We enjoyed it here and will look for more opportunities to visit...

Das Konzert war ausverkauft und obwohl man das ja wusste gab es nur einen an der Treppe der die tickets scannte und seine Kollegin die den Stempel verteilte. Daher mussten wir ca. 25min. in einer Schlange vor der location stehen bevor wir reingelassen wurden. Drinnen im Café/ Restaurant eine! Kellnerin...freundlich arm und komplett überfordert...ich habe gesehen wie ein Gast ½ Wein bestellte...sie nahm also ein halb Liter Glas und ein ⅛ Messglas...das ⅛ Glas machte sie voll um es dann in das ½ Glas zu kippen...das wiederholte sie 3x und als sie dann sah dass der Wein unterhalb der Markierung vom ½ Glas war füllte sie den Rest direkt mit der Flasche ins ½Liter Glas.....und das Ganze bei einer Schlange von Leuten 🙈

Auch an der Bar im Saal dauerte alles viel zu lange..hier wurden nur 3 Leute plaziert, bei full house

Location wäre nice, aber es war viel, aber wirklich viel zu heiss da drinnen und das bei einer Außentemperatur von 4° Ich kann mich nicht erinnern jemals so geschwitzt zu haben bevor ich noch die ersten Tanzbewegungen gemacht habe.

Beobachtungen zeigten dass es anderen genauso ging...durchgeschwitzte Shirts und bei 3 Pärchen habe ich mitbekommen dass sie deswegen den Saal verlassen haben.

Ich habe nicht vor so schnell wieder...
