Royal Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Vienna

So I decided to try a new restaurant to eat my favourite dish of the turkish cuisine, Sis Kebap Special, to treat myself after a tough day. I has a Soda Zitrone as well. First impression, no salad. OK. I was very hungry so I ate. The meet tasted aweful, I don't even think it was lamb. Plus it was tough and chewy. Since I have eaten this amazing dish many times at different restaurants I know how it should be. The meat should be nice and tender. The rice was not that good. The only good thing was the grilled pepper, oh and the side bread. That's about it. The service... meeeh. At first the girl was nice and all, but then, when I paid and just rouded up from 19.70€ bill to 20€ she wasn't friendly anymore. So... all in all a quite bad experience. If you are looking for good quality ingredients and good service, want to pamper yourself and your loved ones and sooth your soul with good food, just walk a few steps more and eat at Kent. Ben normalde yorum yapmam anlayışla karşılarım bazı eksiklikleri ama bu çok fazlaydı. hayatımda böyle rezillik görmedim. İftar için 20.05.2020 de yer ayırdık saat 8 de orda olmamız söylendi ve tam 8 de orda olduk. Oturduktan bi kaç dakka sonra garson geldi menü istedik, 10 dakika bekledik menü hala gelmedi, daha sonra diğer garson geldi menü kalmadı dedi restaurantın yüzde 30u anca doluydu ona da neyse diyelim. Siparişlerimizi verdik iftar saati geldi masaya 3 colanın dışında birşey gelmemiş 1 tane çorba söylemiştik o bile gelmemişti. İftar oldu ve 10 dakika geçti çorba geldi ızgara köfte ve döner söylemiştik 3 kişi, arkadaşlar kalkalım dedi ızgaralar hala gelmemişti önümüzde salata karpuz ve meze vardı onu atıştırmaya başladık. İftar olduktan 15 dakika sonra garson elinde bi tabakla geldi ve söylediği aynen şu: kusura bakmayın arkadaş böyle yapmış resmen 1tabaktan 3 kişi yedik döner ve köfte vardı pilaw yoktu ama hesaba gelince pilaw varmış gibi hesap alındı. Köfte çok bayat idi en az yarım saat önce yapılan köfteydiki kuru kuru geldi. Ben garsonluk yapmadım hayatımda ama bi garsonun gelip 1 tabakta 3 kişilik porsiyonun olduğunu ve masaya koyma teklifini yapması bile akıl işi değil.

Daha sonra çay söyledik bir de baktık garson hesapları yavaş yavaş alıyorum dedi saat 9buçuk bile olmamıştı, kaçaçak halimiz de yok! Nryse hesap istedi hakkı olmayan bi meblağ istedi ve birdahakine artık kusura bakmayın yoğunluk dedi restaurant boştu ne yoğunluğuysa bahçede en fazla 5-6 masa 12-13 kişi vardı içeride de belki 20 - 25 kişi. Garson bizim birdaha geleceğimizi zannediyor, dün orta olay çıkartabilirsik bu nasıl rezillik diye ama biz iftar açmaya geldik ve müslümanız...

My partner is a meat eater, and he remembers fondly the many meals we had in this restaurant that is around the corner from "our home" in Vienna. I order usually something with falafel, and salads, but sometimes steal something from other plates.
