I was there three times, twice was okay, food was good but the third time (and the last) we were disappointed. When we entered, it was lunch time and pretty full and we've got the last available table. The waiter said we have to wait about 15min and we agreed. Ordered wine and waited for the food. After 30 min, we still didn't get our food, so I called the waiter and he 200% assured it is just to be served. Right! After more than 40min waiting we left and they still wanted to charge for 2 glasses of wine, which I told them that it should be on their account as is their fault we leave. Went at lunch, despite only 4 or 5 tables being occupied, service was excruciatingly slow (practically non existent). 15 minutes just to get menus 75 minutes total time just to get a simple sandwich. Food very uninspired, if you ask for chicken in falafel bread you get precisely that, chicken in bread, no slice of tomato or lettuce to add some variety. My second wurst was uncooked at one end. Absolutely the best traditional Serbian restaurant we visited in Vienna. Incomparable food quality and generous portions for the given price (comparing to the other European cities), great service and locally made wine, I would give 10+ if possible!
