Updated: Disrespectful waiter. She started yelling and swearing at me, without prior try to ask calmly.

Too fat and salty bacon on the egg Benedict, it was impossible to eat (but that’s only according my taste preferences, I believe)

P. S. After receiving the answer from the Cafe I would like to add something. I always keep my dog tight and nearby. I know the rules and train my dog to sit calmly. However, it is hard to keep a puppy still when waiters itself come to play with him. The way for puppy to play is to lick, jump and gently bite.

Please, receive my apologies for my dog misbehaving, however the bite was playful and didn’t do any harm to anyone. He wasn’t aggressive or not attacking people. (4 kilo puppy can’t do anything to you).

However, considering the situation, I would suggest the waiters not to play with dogs anymore and not triggering them to be playful and friendly to everyone else.

Please, find the single policy for your workers: either to play with my dog and let dog run around or to yell at me instead of asking to be calm.

By the way, did your waiter wash the hands after playing with my dog and before serving people?...

The place had been checked online for gluten-free food before, because one of us has a strong allergy. From the very beginning the staff was very rude, as if they did not want to serve us. After asking, they brought us a menu. When placing an order, we wanted to make sure that the bread was definitely gluten-free, the waitress replied, laughing at us that "unless it is written that it is not, then it is not". In the end, we probably got a roll that was specially separated but had gluten. During the meal, we asked twice more if everything was definitely served correctly, as you can expect, the answers were also dismissive "everything is as you ordered". My friend feels very bad after breakfast, she vomits and is in a very bad condition. I do not recommend due to the service which was terrible, uncultured and the food which does not meet the requirements they themselves decided to provide. Go somewhere else where you will be treated better and the forced tip will...

A bit of mixed feelings. Although we reserved a table through Google, and this was confirmed, our name was not on the list. The waiter did put us to a tiny table which had hardly enough space for two. Thanks to another waiter we were able to switch the table to a bigger one. The menu in English is different to the one in German. For example, Shakshuka does not have two eggs in the order, as indicated in English menu, but only one. Bread in Benedict eggs was dry and apparently old. One of the waiters was not really friendly and also did not seem to care and take dirty empty dishes from the table although she approached us a couple of times.

The situation with the menu difference was clarified to us; the Benedict egg dish was replaced after all, and we were given a discount in terms of the price of the ordered coffee. Apart from the old bread, the food was good. Having said that, the overall impression was not excellent, also due to the very noisy...

Edit 2: Still nice atmosphere but unfortunately had a table near the entrance on a cold day so there was always a breeze since the door doesn't automatically close and we had to get up and close it each time someone came in. Eggs Benedict was delicious, mushroom bowl was also good. Tried the green Shakshouka this time which was okay but way too much of the base spinach sauce. Maybe meant to be like that but I much prefer the regular Shakshouka. Kurbis latte was amazing. Rather nice atmosphere but acoustics make regular chatter very loud. The Shakshuka was pretty bland with overcooked eggs. After mistakenly being given eggs Benedict and waiting for our eggs florentine they were cooked nicely but personally had way too much garlic in the spinach which took over all the flavours. Both the iced coffee and vanilla elephant chai were delicious. The cakes are very redeeming at least, I loved the cheesecake. The staff were great.

Went on Saturday morning! Food was delicious 🤤 especially syrniki . But don’t come alone staff will forget about you ! I came alone and as a solo traveler no one paying attention on you . Unfortunately it’s again happened to me. I’ve asked for the menu by my self and waited 28 minutes to be served. Same problem with the check . Asked waiter for the check and waiting for it still now 😞.. Hostess very unfriendly said that it’s not those fault it’s me because I came with no reservation. But on the Google Map no information about necessary reservation policy . She could tell that at the very beginning and avoid negative feedback. Very pity .

Busy café which has amazing food and coffee. It may be worth calling and making a reservation before attempting a visit, as they are often fully booked. But if you end up at a table, beware of the amazing flavours you're gonna witness. Their filter brewed coffee as well as the cappucinno were some of the best I ever had. Foodwise everything tasted fresh and delicious. They mostly have items considered as breakfast / brunch. Vegetarians have a lot of options to choose from. Prices are normal while leaning a bit to the pricier side. Expect to pay around 10-20€ p.p. for a breakfast with drinks, depending on how much you want to consume.
