Of 3 dishes ordered, we received two incorrect dishes. We did not receive an apology, instead just an extremely rude, aggressive insistence that we had indeed ordered the dishes that were brought to us. When we asked for a discount or refund, noting that I am a regular visitor, we were granted it but told to “never come back again” and left with “thank you, not” by the waiter as he walked off. The customer service was really poor. We arrived without a reservation, which they gladly accepted but telling us we'd need to done within 1h30 since they had a reservation then. All was fine until 25 minutes before the following reservation, they inform us the people had arrived and we needed to leave. We were welcomed with such warmth. Even without a reservation, the staff was incredibly kind and found us a table where we could relax for about an hour and a half. The potato salad was hands down the best I’ve ever had—so fresh and flavorful! We ordered the Vienna-style chicken schnitzel and cordon bleu, paired with red wine, and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, and we had a wonderful time.
