Ok, as you all know, there are good spas and spas we don't care so much for. This one, Anantara Spa, is absolutely worth every penny. Natalia is so good. She has great pressure and listens to your needs. She has these suction cups she slides around your back, and it feels so good! The way she worked on my back was different and much nicer than what I am used to. She knows how to hit your muscles just right to reduse the pain and discomfort if you have any. I promise I felt like a new man after my massage. I wanted to fall asleep on the table at the end. I did dose off several times throughout the massage. There is a shower in the room. After the massage, she leaves the room so you can clean off the oils and relax in a warm shower. The amenities they have are great. After the massage, I proceeded to the sauna 195 degrees for 15 min, and then I went to the steam room for 5 min. I went and cooled off in the pool with bubblers and enjoyed some ginger lemon tea in the relaxing room afterward. What a treat! Can't wait to go back next year!

Recently traveling on a Viking Danube River Cruise, after days of a painful back, I had the river boat’s concierge make a massage appointment for me at Kempinski The Spa in Vienna, Austria. Ildiko gave me the massage. It was wonderful! She was able to loosen the tight muscles, offering relief to my painful back. Ildiko was pleasant, friendly and took the time to check with me during the session if the pressure she was applying was tolerable. It really was an enjoyable experience!
