NIE WIEDER DORT HIN! DIE FILIALE IN HIETZING SUCKS! VERY RUDE! IGNORANT! NOT THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPOSE TO WORK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD! EVEN ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH! We are regular customer of Wine§Co since long. So today we've decided to try out other brunches. Usually when you enter warm welcome and greatings from waiter/waitress anywhere in the world as well as in Austria. But today the brunch in HIezting was full of disapointment. Even though the bar was not full just 2 or 3 tables with customer the waiter and waitress fully ignored us like they didnt seen any one entering and we greated them ourselves but then no greatings back instead the waitress asked us get out of her way as she is making her way to the some table? maybe? plus there were plenty of space that she can pass anyway! not a friendly place as it suppose to be!! total ignorant! There were a waiter at the bar not friendly either! With that look we didnt wanna stay there of course and made our way back to other...

Sehe am Eingang ein großes Werbeschild mit 3er Set vom Kirnbauer. Schönes und gutes Geburtstagsgeschenk, möchte ich erwerben! Die Verkäuferin hat von diesem Angebot keine Ahnung, muss sich erst erkundigen um mir dann im unfreundlichen Ton zu sagen: das Set ist aus, vielleicht wieder vor Weihnachten!? Keine Alternative. Ich: den Wein gibt es doch, kann man dies nicht mit einem anderen Karton arrangieren? Nein das geht nicht. Langes Hin und Her, das Problem kann oder will sie nicht lösen - der Filialleiter muss her. Auch für diesen ist das zunächst nicht lösbar? Wo liegt hier das Problem- es gibt die 3 Flaschen vom Kirnbauer und Karton! Ah, er kann dieses Set aber nicht zum selben Preis anbieten wie das Originalset!!? Echt jetzt ,da geht’s um €10 Differenz? Hallo wie unflexibel ist das denn? Verstehe, wenn es den Wein nicht gibt, aber es kommt ja nicht auf den Karton an! Wollte eigentlich die Diskussion beenden, gehen und einen guten Wein wo anders kaufen… im letzten Moment noch die Lösung: drei Flaschen Kirnbauer in neutralem Karton zum gleichen Angebotspreis! Ich hab zwar das Produkt, der Einkauf machte jedoch keinen Spaß - solche Diskussion sind doch entbehrlich? Unflexibel, auch teilweise unfreundlich… bin ich seit vielen Jahren anders gewohnt… sorry, werde guten Wein zukünftig...
