Baku Cafe — Restaurant in Baku City

Why would you change the interior? If was way better before, waaay better. I didn’t like the new interior design. The place looks like a chayxana, especially long green sofa, I hated, tables are very ugly. I used to love the previous interior. I want to comment about unnecessary attitude of managers and the girls who supposed to welcome guests. They act like they came from Mars, there is no teamwork at all. I wave to manager to send me a waiter his face be like; why are you waving at me? Professionals don’t do things like that. Waiters especially two young boys (short and cute faces) were absolutely amazing! Very professional, great service, service 10/10. Shisha guy, amazing very professional!!! Actually shisha was really amazing. Food was okay not so wow. What I really loved was cappuccino, wow. I really loved the cup, presentation and taste. I visit this cafe whenever I visit baku. I visited this café for a traditional breakfast, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service felt discriminatory — the staff were dismissive and unwelcoming. I ordered the national breakfast and was told there was no bread available, which forced us to order pancakes and crêpes instead. However, customers who arrived after us were served the same dish with no issue. When I questioned this, the waiter claimed the bread had just been prepared within five minutes — an excuse that didn’t seem genuine. Baku Cafe has truly become my second home — I come here every single day, and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious and beautifully presented. Today’s dish with grilled meat, fresh herbs, and a vibrant salad was absolutely perfect, paired nicely with a glass of sparkling wine.

What makes this place even more special is the amazing staff. They’re always friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome. You can tell they love what they do, and that positive energy fills the whole space.
