Sabar Ayoob Restaurants and Grill - Al Hoora — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

Worst Sabr Ayoob restaurant I ever tried. Especially the washrooms in family section, not clean at all and tissue papers stacked in the bin. Toilet brush just thrown in washroom and not placed well. Floor is dirty and untidy. I visited men’s washroom but I heard ladies is even more unclean. About the staff, not all wear uniforms so it’s hard to spot who is the one going to take the order. We don’t want to go wrong with that to avoid fights. The restaurant had many walk-in customers who smelled like they are drunk. And if you want to go to the family section above, you have to pass through them. Food was ok but nothing that tastes like the other branches. We had baacha with sheep legs, yogurt tikka and Iranian Laban. Tried this branch for the first time. Never visiting again as it wasn’t...

I received the worst service from this restaurant. In spite of less crowded time, they took very long time to deliver the items. Normally the ordered dishes should be served in 10 minutes time and they supplied after 40 minutes. Enquired about the delay many times, but the response from the staff and the management were very poor. They were least bothered of us. Will never recommend this restaurant to any one. Loved the place for nice Arabic kebabs.. nice outdoor dining venue. Portion sizes are a bit small but value for money.. tastes really good...staff and service is moderate... honest staff.. i almost lost my phone..as we were leaving the waiter came and handed over my phone.. even i did not know it has fallen from my pocket...so great work guys..parking space is available too..keep it up and shall surely return again..thank you...
