Yaqoot Al Bahrain — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

I haven't eaten here personally, but this note is so that people are aware that during the pandemic, they allow people who are clearly coughing & not wearing the mask correctly to work with them. This is not good. I was personally scared for myself and people around.

Edit : responding to the owner It was 1:30 pm in the afternoon today, someone who clearly works at your restaurant stepped out, mask on his chin, pushing a cart, coughing, (I was right in front of him), not covering his mouth with either a mask or his hand. I already mentioned that I haven’t eaten here, and I would love to, but you must tell your employees to take extra precautions. You never know who...

Al Yaqoot restaurant (The Ruby) is a traditional Bahraini restaurant in the heart of Mamama. Food is served directly from the grill on your table.

A wide range of Bahranini tikka, shesh kebab, lever and many other local dishes are served hot 🔥 and fresh.

Also the local bread shop is just on the corner and bread is served right from the oven.

Price is dam cheap we were 9 heavy duty eaters and our bill was only 14 BD.

I strongly recommend this restaurant for big group of people and solo guys will pay peanuts for...

Sorry to say that I visited to your restaurant .. ordered liver , chicken grill and beans it was really very bad in taste. Staff doesn’t have any respect to the customers and just they know to serve .. when I shown to the staff the bad smell in liver and blood dropping and in chicken grill it was not cooked properly … he doesn’t have any answers … please...
