Well, I have a double impression of the place. The lobby is pure luxury, decor is spectacular. The breakfast is very delicious too. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great, as the bus to from the airport stops right there. There's a nice area nearby with the sea, a mini garden and a nice view. The area is an Indian /Pakistani quarter, so you can buy snacks for reasonable price. The room is ready spacious with a bathtub. However the facilities in the room were not high quality. The internet didn't work properly (( the air conditioning was very old and noisy without remote control. The lead on the kettle was broken and there was no socket near the table to plug 🔌 it, so I had to put it on the chair near the socket. There was NO VIEW from the window, and there was constant noise from a device outside (a fan? ) which was really annoying at night. Mind that I paid 70$ per night I know everything is pricey in Manama, but you expect a top quality...

We booked two rooms, and first of all, the price is way too high for the service provided. We had to stay less than 8 hours at the hotel due to an accident, yet we were charged for a full day. On top of that, the blankets they brought us smelled dusty and were not clean. The room didn’t even have basic dental care amenities that every hotel usually prepares before guests arrive.

This hotel is absolutely terrible and they’ve rated it as 4 stars! The furniture is old and broken, the fridge doesn’t work in both rooms , and the service is extremely poor and slow.
