For a unique authentic Italian taste with a cozy setting in the middle of busy Adliya 338! Try to get the seats upstairs by the window overlooking the busy traffic while you enjoy comforting food! From the moment the homemade bread and focaccia is served that this experience is like no other! freshly baked bread dipped in Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar - perfect way to start your meal!

Their take on the famous eggplant parmigiana dish is an absolute MUST - one of the guests was not a fan of eggplants and he loved this. It was so good we had to order two! The burrata is wonderfully creamy and fresh baby tomatoes so sweet compliments it very well!

The lasagne I was happy to find its not smothered in cheese and overflowing with sauce like many places, it was perfectly balanced with every bite. Cacio Pepe was wonderfully cooked and sauced - could tell the pasta is made in house and cooked perfectly al dente! The Truffle Foie Gras Rossini was explosion of flavors that worked very well together, something that would be served in a proper fine dining restaurant, perfectly cooked steak and foi gras. We finished the meal with a tiramisu which was also perfectly sweet and balanced without being too rich and heavy. Make sure you do not forget the coffee! Sorso serves one of the best speciality coffee on the island and its finally in Adliya!

In the upstairs area near the window, the ambiance is quite inviting and comfortable. The pizza and other food items were exceptionally delicious. It is an establishment that I will certainly revisit in the future to sample additional menu options.

The pizza is authentic in its preparation, and their most popular offering is highly recommended. Please refer to the attached photograph for a visual representation.

Finally, when the weather is favorable, a cup of coffee accompanied by a shukri sweet serves as an ideal way to conclude the day.

Incidentally, the coffee is robust in flavor and well-suited for coffee...

📝Notes: Shout-out to Curiously Hungry for the recommendation 🥰 I was really impressed with most of these dishes 😋 The service is really good and the food was exquisite! I’m not typically a big fan of aubergine but the Terrina di Parmigina was soooo good, that I forgot how I dislike aubergine 😝 I would be so down to come by and try other things on their menu as well as their desserts 😇

PS: When I come back, I would order everything except the Arancini, it wasn’t that wow...
