Comments: I live in Dhaka and I am food enthusiastic. On my ctg trip, I saw good reviews on Google and decided to have a meal in this restaurant. At first we ordered two starters (1) Cream of chicken (2) chicken lollypop.

The starters taste good but they served the wrong soup. There were no chicken in the soupe. So we asked the serving waiter about the soup. He replied that the chicken is blanded in the soup. Later the informed us the soup was wrong and offered us a replacement, but it's not possible to have too many soup for a meal. And we had lost our appetite for soup. The chicken lollypop was quite good.

In main course we ordered "Labanese Chicken". We did asked about the preparation and they convinced us by saying "the chicken will be grilled with special Labanese souce". This dish was a huge disappoint. They served us regular chicken KORMA. They have no idea on LABANESE food. I spent 18 years of my life in different counties and never found a single Arabian/middle eastern/Labanese food that taste like regular INDIAN CHICKEN KORMA. Vegetables they served wasn't fresh. Errante became my benchmark after coming to Chittagong, maybe I havent been to enough places yet, but even so, it is a place of decent quality on its own in almost every aspect.

The location is pretty convenient, located on the same road as other popular restaurants. Also not too far from Agora shopping mart.

The decor and ambience inside is very modern and elegant. It became a regular hangout spot for me

Staff are responsive and hospitable

The taste and quality of food is refined, infact one of the best Ive tasted here in Bangladesh

The only thing I did not like about the place is despite myself being a regular on the dish I order; I infact order it almost everytime, I recognized the portion size getting smaller and the quality of taste decreasing. Kinda disappointed after that. Stopped going as frequently.

Id still recommend this place as a prime spot for anyone wanting to have a reunion, family gathering, bday party celebration because the setting, the interior, the staff are all very pleasant. Although Im disappointed with the decrease in quality over time of the pasta Ive been ordering, I still know for a fact, because Ive also tried other dishes from here; that their food is something you’d come back to again...

Venue is nice. You need to get a glass lift to the 8th floor; feels very special.

The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is family orientated. They have a chirdrens play area with play house, small swing and ball pit. The food was well proportioned and perfectly spiced.

I really wanted to give them a solid four stars except for some small but important points. Being a family orientated restaurant it was vital that the children were taken care of. Unfortunately the childrens meals turned up very late. And as all parents know: hungry kids = grumpy kids = grumpy parents.

All in all if they sort this out they are a strong four stars. But based on my experience I'd place them...
