I loved the experience. Of course it's on the pricey side but the overall experience was worth it in my opinion.

Food: I ordered a medium rare sirloin steak (1680* taka) and lava cake (320 taka).

1. Sirloin steak - Comes with the steak along with two sides (sides can be mexican rice or mushrooms etc) and two sauces. Feedback: The steak was good, not great. Tasted best when eaten with the bbq sauce. Doesn't go well with the cheese sauce. I prefered the mexican rice that came with the steak. It was delicious. Sautéed mushrooms were good too.

2. Lava cake - Comes with the cake and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Feedback: It tasted like it was baked perfectly with high quality ingredients. It was light with a thick creamy center. The only issue I had was that it tasted too sweet. If you can't handle sweetness, I suggest you stay away.

Service: The waiting staff were well behaved and quite helpful. You can tell that they received proper training on how to treat customers. I felt pampered quite honestly. Full marks to the service.

Environment: The decor and vibe of the place was definitely what you'd expect of a steakhouse. It was quiet with wood themed interior. Loved it.

What’s the point of placing those bells at the corner of the table if they don’t work? I had to wait for 10 minutes just to get someone’s attention to take our order, even though the whole restaurant was empty.

If certain items on your menu are unavailable, why not inform the customer beforehand when handing out the menus? Everything I asked for was "unavailable."

This is a steakhouse, and if you don’t have any drinks available apart from water, that’s honestly disappointing. A meaty meal without any fizzy drinks?

Since there were no drinks, I ordered water—and it’s basic courtesy to provide glasses with it and it was lacking.

Speaking of the platter, for the high price, the quantity was much less compared to many of your competitors, and the food tasted very average. The sautéed vegetables weren’t even properly cooked and tasted bland. The chicken didn’t seem fresh, and the rice wasn’t up to the mark—I’ve had much better rice at similar restaurants. The worst part of the whole meal was the sauces—they were way too watery and tasteless.

We only finished the meal because we were starving.
