This chef's table opened new and so the environment is very clean and calm. The ambiance is nice too. This branch has new restaurants from other ones except for maybe Utshob and Indulge. Now coming to service, the cashiers from all the restaurants on Level 5 are very friendly and helpful when deciding your order. The ones on Level 6, not so much. They seemed a bit hesitant to answer any queries. Seeing many new names, we were excited to try out items from each restaurant and the menu pictures looked very intriguing. However, I have to unfortunately admit we were very disappointed with majority of the food we tried. Firstly, the prices are NOT cheap. They do charge a steep amount for each dishes, so it is fair for one to assume you get some extraordinarily good tasting food. Well, when the items arrived, the first difference I noticed is the dishes are way fancier in plating compared to other branches of Chef's table. They do look the 'high street dining' part. Now coming to individual dishes from respective shops; Marco Pollo's : From here we were excited to try the Spicy Chicken Platter and The Korean BBQ Platter and I believe with drinks each dish costed 750 tk +. When the dish arrived in a sizzling plate, it did look fancy. However, it gave off this insanely putrid smell that was hard to ignore. From first bite, the chicken on both the platters were insanely bland and dry. They didn't have even have the K in Korean Bbq chicken, and tasted like a fancier plated version of Deshi roast with gravy and overcooked rice. They used too much vinegar and the entire rice was a sour mess with that god awful smell. Absolutely inedible and left all of us depressed with the exorbitant amount we paid for it. Rating : 0.5/10
Alfredough : We got the Spinach and Porcini Mushroom Cannelloni and it was around 495 tk. This came decorated very fanciful, absolutely on par with finer dining Italian restaurants. Personally, I loved the marinara on this dish, and they did use good quality and generous amount of cheese. I was not that big of a fan of the filling of spinach but cannot complain for the price. Wish they introduce the cannelloni with meat alternatives. The only meat alternative they had was the Lasagna which we wanted to try but it was sold out, Sad! Rating : 8.5/10
Jet Set Subs : We tried the Meatball Hotdog, for 595 tk. This was very tasty, had generous amount of cheese. The meatballs used were delicious and not chewy. The only complain is they skimped out on the marinara sauce. Rating : 8.5/10
Sixty Six : We ordered the Americana burger for 695 tk. They claim everything is made in house including the bun and the patty. We had mixed reviews on this one with my friend really liking the burger while me not so much. It comes down to personal preference, they use an onion jam as a topping of the burger which may not be for everyone's taste buds as it made the burger too sweet. Also, I couldn't bring myself to justify the high price even when they came with a side of french fries and dips. Rating : 7.5/10
Taco Twist : We tried the Chicken Al Pastor taco for 345 tk. They served soft shell tacos with a filling of chicken and pineapple salsa. They skimped out on the amount of chicken, and the salsa they used had too much raw onions which ruined the acidic balance of the dish. This basically tasted like soggy onion bread and every bite hurt my throat from the amount of acidic pangs we kept getting from the onions and pineapples combined. Rating : 2/10
Kabab N Curry : We tried the chicken wings for around 455 tk. One complain I have is they take wayyy too long to serve their food. The chicken wings were average, nothing extraordinary and I wish they were a bit more juicier. Rating : 6.5/10
I'm glad they brought new restaurants for this branch as we all have grown bored of the ones in other branches. Really appreciate the behaviour of the people involved, hopefully they keep it this way as it opens up to more people. Overall, I will recommend the place for hangouts...

We started with the Sheyleti Satkhira with Beef, a dish that immediately won us over with its rich, aromatic flavors. The Sheyleti, a unique type of fish from Satkhira, was perfectly cooked—tender and subtly spiced. Paired with the succulent beef, it was an explosion of flavors that felt both familiar and fresh.
Next came the Panbar Duck Curry with Khutey Rice. The duck was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and deeply infused with the flavors of the curry. The Khutey rice, a traditional preparation, complemented the curry beautifully with its soft, fragrant grains, making this dish a true highlight of the meal.
To round out the experience, we indulged in the Chatgaiah Mezban, a spiced beef curry from Chattogram, known for its bold and zesty flavor profile. The Mezban was rich and robust, with a perfect balance of heat and aromatic spices, served alongside some traditional accompaniments that brought it all together.
The service was impeccable, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable, eager to share the story behind each dish. Overall, Chef’s Table - UTSHOB delivers an exceptional dining experience that highlights the best of Bangladesh’s culinary heritage.
