Holiday Villa Gram — Hotel in Dhaka Metropolitan

I checked in to this hotel once again, having stayed here previously a year ago and found that the overall hotel experience has become even greater than my last stay. I was checked in very quickly and efficiently. I got a very warm greeting and was given a fruit basket and juice by restaurant staff. My room was a double deluxe and cosy. The AC worked great and was silent and the flat screen Panasonic TV got around 100 channels. The restaurant was amazing and so was the business centre. The menu was very extensive offering all kinds of cuisine from, local to continental. Breakfast was very good with a large selection with overall friendly and helpful staff. The new GM is doing a great job and is a true gentlemen. Zamil Hossain is doing a good job and was helpful with every aspect of my stay. Thank you again and I shall see you all soon!...

Where can I start? I stayed at the GRAM Villa in December 2013 and had a blast ! The staff members were so friendly as everyone was willing to lend a hand with all my queries. I booked the best room in the house which was the suite and it was massive! The bed was very comfortable and firm. The restaurant was very nice and breakfast buffet was superb! The Front Office Manager was very helpful and the Marketing Executive gave me a tour of the property. If you want excellent service with a smile - come to this place. You will be well looked after! Rooms are standard size, with everything that you would ever need. The restaurant does yummy food, excellent dal! And everybody is welcoming and helpful. For example, I went on a three-day cruise in the Sundarbans, and stored most of my luggage in the hotel in the meantime. Very safe. Couldn't have stayed in a better or friendlier place. It made my time in Bangladesh very special :-) Only downside, there were building works going on outside my room, and generally at nighttime. But then that's Dhaka for you! You wouldn't want it to...
