I recently traveled from India to Bangladesh on a business trip and stayed at ন্যাসেন্ট গার্ডেনিয়া রেসিডেন্স (Nascent Gardenia Residence) for five days. My experience was truly excellent.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately noticed the hotel’s cleanliness and attention to detail.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for both work and relaxation. High-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and modern amenities made it convenient for my business requirements.

The food was another highlight, specially breakfast. The restaurant served a wide variety of dishes, and I particularly appreciated the blend of local flavors with international options. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully presented.

Excellent service, catered to Westerners. The rooms have the basic necessities, and are good and clean. "Normal" toilets (not the "hole in the ground" that is very common in Bangladesh). The staff are very friendly and hospitable and have a decent level of English. I really appreciated that plenty of free, sealed bottles of drinking water are provided on a daily basis. Also their laundry service is excellent. The only minor inconvenience I can think of was the lack of power outlets in all of the rooms. Each room only had one, so finding a suitable spot to plug in the kettle to make coffee or tea in the room was sometimes a bit tricky. I have stayed here on several occasions, both with my girlfriend and with friends. It should be noted that none of the 6 rooms I have seen had the same size or layout. This was not a problem in any way, but just to indicate your experiences could vary. Overall, definitely value for money and I will/have stayed...
