Herfy Bangladesh is the local branch of Herfy, a prominent Saudi Arabian fast-food chain known for its halal-certified offerings. Since its debut in Dhaka in December 2017, Herfy has expanded to multiple locations across the city. Could you please clarify what you mean by “harfe Bangladesh”? There are a few possibilities depending on the context: If “harfe” means “letter” or “character” (from Arabic or Urdu origins), then you might be referring to: • The letters of the word “Bangladesh” in a particular script (e.g., Bengali, Arabic, Latin). • The spelling or pronunciation of Bangladesh in a specific language. If you meant something else, such as a name, a phrase, or a cultural reference, please provide a bit more detail so I can give an accurate and helpful response.

Yesterday I had an unsatisfying lunch at Herfy Bangladesh. I wanted to order curly fires, chilly burger and crispy burger. However, both curly fires and chilly burger were unavailable. Nothing says booming business when nearly 50% of the order is unavailable. Please reprint the menu. It's very misleading and disappointing to choose something from the menu at the table, wait in line and then realize the products are unavailable at the counter. Also the cashier didn't even bother to say sorry or didn't even recommend any alternatives, as if she expects customers will just roll with it.
Since curly fires were not available I ordered regular fries. Oh boy! It was horrible. The fires didn't come with any seasoning, so I asked for salt multiple times. First two times the server didn't return the third time he came back with a sauce packet. Without any salt plane fried potatoes tastes disgusting. If you try to defend then am sorry you have never tasted good fries in your life.
Why is sauce is such a rare commodity at your establishment. We ordered burgers and fries and had to ask sauce 4 times. Every time we asked the server would bring only one pack. I mean come on guys, is this a joke? We were 4 people at the table. I don't want to sound like a Karen but this is just so unprofessional. I would be happy to pay extra for sauce but don't make your customer beg for it. My sister even joking said next time if we come to Herfy we will bring sauce from home. Rest assured we are never coming back !
Finally please teach your servers some manners. I know they can often be busy, but when they serve something at a table they should at least stand their for 2-3 seconds. They were running around and throwing sauce packets from over the shoulder. What kind of nonsense is this!! I have had better and more humble service from street food venders. Jesus Christ I paid 10% service charge but the service was...
Read moreThis is an Arabian food chain which mainly serves burgers and different flavors of shakes among other items. They have good variety and the burgers are wonderful. I tasted the double beef burger and the coleslaw salad with it. The burger was a two patty with lettuce and onions. It was fresh and delicious. Some might say it is a bit dry but the flavours were good enough to make up for that and personally I prefer my burger the way it was. The coleslaw salad was a crowd pleaser. I ordered but all of my friend took the job to finish it. It was refreshing and tasted sweet and crunchy. I also tried a bite out of my friend's burger which was the Turkish Burger. It was quite different from mine. The patty was much more juicy and there were more flavours as it had some spices in it. I confess it was the better burger. Then I also tried the shakes. KitKat and Oreo. The KitKat was made with white chocolate which I'm not a big fan of. So I didn't love it but it was okay. Oreo was always one of my favorite shakes. This one was good too. The service and the environment around here was great as well. It is a genuine family place and many people with small kids come here everyday and night. It stays open for a long time so that is convenient for a lot of people who have late night craving for burgers and shakes. The only downside is the price. The price does not go with the quality of the product that is served here. A little more than what would be ideal. I understand that it is an international chain but still there are places in Dhaka where you can find better burgers at more reasonable prices. And same goes for the shakes. The coleslaw salad I can let go. But overall my experience here was good and I look forward to visiting it again...
